    Hi MS, I agree with you 100%, but do you want a drop in property prices?

    I can't see anyway of fixing the crisis except by removing favorable tax concession for residential property

    I would go further than Blueballs and triple land tax now.

    That would get the prices down and allow people to get in a home.
