As Mallyrock has detailed, RNU is seeking clarity around the times and temperature that EGR uses in its process, does that sound like a reason to object to a patent application if it has no impact on your business, it sounds more likely RNU is using a similar process, temperature, and stages and now needs to needs EGR to refine its times so it can comply with EGR's patent.

BTW, did you notice IPAustralia has rejected Dorfners updated patent objection (Dorfner is RNU's testing lab) Very interesting that one main part of their objection was the removal of an audio file of a presentation which details their process was not an HF Free process? you really need to read RNU's updated patent objection, where they have pulled this presentation from their evidence, RNU thought the presentation was an HF-free method. Yet EGR's experts were able to understand the German language which details Dorfners process still used HF Acid.

Another thing the RNU HC bulls are unable to explain, Why has moved forward with its agreement with POSCO, yet RNU who secured its original MOU many months before EGR hasn't had any update on their developments with POSCO,

Anyway, The above might explain why one company has been able to move forward with its agreement with POSCO, whereas the other has not.
