My personal opinion @GinoE is that the company has received offers but the BOD have deemed them too low and/or not in shareholders best interests for whatever reason. At the very least they have had and are probably having discussions as we speak.

I base this on a few clues, one being the ********* interview Leslie did in March where she was asked "what are the next steps for Her-vaxx." The response was something like "well I'm a large shareholder in IMU and my job is to create the best outcome for shareholders and ah that's all I can really say atm." Have a listen for yourself it was a comment very different to the general discussion they were having which was about the science.

Also, a random (scripted) question in a Proactive interview earlier this year where Andrew out of nowhere said something like "wasn't there an Australian biotech company that was taken over by a big pharma in 2018"? Leslie said oh yes that was our chairman's previous company blah blah.

Again this is absolutely my opinion but I believe the SP is being "managed" by potential suitors. If I was employed by BP in the M and A team and I had the resources I'd do the same thing to ensure my bonus but I reckon even they must be amazed at how low they've been able to drive it. It's getting ridiculous IMO.

If CF33 works this has the potential to be worth 10's of billions, nobody can argue that point. Does CF33 work? I'm betting it does. DYOR.
