Moosey - I am NOT asking you cease posting - I value many of your posts even though i don't always agree and find many ill informed. I was simply asking you to respect the discipline i an rrguy failed to observe on our discussion concerning nuclear weapons related issues and how silex works from a technical standpoint since rrguy appeared to be a physicist who had contact with Snyder who has produced the most informative technical paper on this topic I have seen. If you wish to speculate on used nuclear fuels and the application of silex to those product please continue on another thread. It would however help if you appreciated a bit more on physics before you mused on the subject - for example silex's efforts in the medical area have no connection to used nuclear fuels as you outlined in your post (HERE). If you read the silex presentation material you can note that their efforts are to produce ytterbium (Yb) 176 as a feedstock for other to irradiate to produce lutetium (Lu) 177.
