I see a long term support level of 18/18.5 cents on the monthly chart.

Volume is at an all time historic high and continues to be high on a daily basis. This may suggests churning by bots as most unhappy holders would have already made their exit, if that was their plan.

Monthly RSI is at an oversold level.
