1. Biochemical oxygen demand is an analytical parameter representing the amount of dissolved oxygen consumed by aerobic bacteria growing on the organic material present in a water sample at a specific temperature over a specific time.
or
2. Is this the governing body of a company, elected by shareholders in the case of public companies to set strategy and oversee management.
I am not sure if 1 or 2.
The reason I ask is because both seem to me the same the way they are treading the shareholders with late or little information including reducing the value by capital raising, no wonder SHORTERS LOVE this company?
