I disagree, there will be a announcement just before the AGM as they want those options to be approved.

Although chances are off course that the announcement as per usual will be very well crafted and misleading.

If there is NO annoucement [= expect negative things to come] everybody still holding will be shafted and the company will edge closer to the brink of extinction.

Too late to sell now for some perhaps, but it could get a lot worse still.
