There can surely only be one player left in the game. LLL with scrip offer are the only ones who wouldn't care that the price has doubled in the last 45 days. Anyone else would surely have walked, (short of an unlikely 'Auto maker looking for lithium supply' kind of a deal) Even though the scrip offer gives FFX BOD unearned bonuses I'd vote for it on the hope LLL can use the tax losses somehow and get us a chunk of lost value back eventually.
