I am out of Tnt already and it is very hard for shareholders who bought at very high rates and will lose if the deal goes ahead. If the deal is not closed there is even bigger risk the price of share reverts to 5 cents.

Note what happened with Tyro the board got an offer of I believe 1.70 per share but they kept delaying ultimately the buyer withdrew the offer and share now tanked to 95cents.

Greens are idiots they are politicians who only care about themselves.In my view what ever decision shareholders take be prepared for consequences so weigh pros and cons before saying yes or no.
