I too have (in the past) had close dealings with Elders. They are arrogant, unprofessional and downright wasteful at the shop floor level. You leave an Elders branch feeling you should thank them for letting you be there, and wanting to apologise for wasting their time.
Go to any livestock market if anyone needs proof of waste. Nearly as many pink shirts(elders staff) as livestock being sold. They didn't lose the plot recently- they lost it years ago. They sell new brooms don't they??
