He is just setting it up to say "I told you so" when the numbers come out thinking he is smart in doing so.
Everyone knows they will spend the $50million they recently raised in various areas faster than income. If not what was the point of raising it at all.
A bigger loss should not come as a surprise to anyone when it comes in. It will however be money well spent to get more future market share and penetration and pay for itself in the future. He won't include this bit.
