T mentioned in his concluding comments that he had differences with some members on the board (plural). JC imo with his happy to get $10 a share buy out attitude has led other directors to have that lazy attitude towards their job which is to extract the full potential from Bisantrene. So it doesn't really matter who I think but that our value will erode away with Board members that have a pre conceived buyout in mind that would be less then optimum for SHs. For what it's worth, I don't buy that Phil and T were besties. I'd say the board voted on something the day T quit. Some sheepishly voting with JC (passively) and others in full agreement (untenable).
