500 pips in a week and you don't use an automated trading system? If you are not a full-time trader that's awesome work. :p
I dabbled my hands on some on-screen trades this week as well because I am testing a new algorithmic sytem (using spreadsheets at the moment to time the trades before I program it). EUR/AUD was my guinea pig for this and it worked very nicely on something I can't explain fundamentally (at least it makes more sense to me now and I can trade it with more confidence after the live trading and testing).
Anyway, a bit side-tracked there - you should share your thoughts Pietro51. You have been on this forum a lot longer than me. I look forward to hearing more from you.
AUD/CAD is an interesting one - I am letting my algorithmic system handle that trade as it is part of a correlation basket trade that I use frequently.
