GreenX has filed a claim in court against Poland for up to £737 million (AUD1.3 billion/PLN 4.0 billion) in compensation.
100% approval for compensation: AUD1.3 billion - approx. 5 AUD
50% approval for compensation: approx. 2.50 AUD
For me personally, the risk-reward ratio is still very good at the moment, as long as you assume a win, which I do!
