NWE/MIN were throwing some pretty strong numbers around after LD-1. It will be interesting to see the eventual reserves end up at.
Agree with the general rule of thumb of $1m/BCF reserve. CT however is now quoting $2m/BCF for Perth Basin gas based off the recent transactions. The proximity to infrastructure, low capex and opex add significant value to the gas in place.
So if TEG does manage to prove up reserves in L7 the numbers are compelling. At the same presentation CT said it could "add a zero to our current MC".
