LMAO. The concrete used runways and aprons is nearly a metre thick and takes several years to fully cure. No engineer is ever going rip up a slab just to level the base. The will just grind the edges and/or patch. The only time time the slab will be removed is when it needs to be totally replaced. This typically happens after 50+ years.
