Keep jacking rents , less money will flow through the economy, businesses will lay off staff, staff cant afford to own home so sell or cant afford to pay rent then try and get them out and get other tenants who are struggling to get work to pay.

These days are getting closer it feels

There is a limit to what the consumer can pay as there is a limit to what the consumer earns....

No - its a business & the tenents are teh consumers - They will pay what they are told....or live in atent.

What don't you get about supply & demand.

As other costs go up , all will filter down to the tenants....simple.
