Inevitable they were going to do a capital raising and good to see everything progressing with KP so well.

However after treating long suffering shareholders so poorly, for so long, I would have thought that they would have at least had the common decency to give them an opportunity to participate.

If this also has free attaching options for the "sophisticates" then it is a real slap in the face to all current shareholders. Dilution without any benefit to existing holders.

Pity they couldn't do as PEN management has done on every occasion, given current shareholders the option to participate.

Sorry but this is something that really gripes me. Just more for boards mates and nothing for shareholders. I would love to see if there is any link between the the members of the board, and the "sophisticated investors".

That last "pump" was maybe no incidental event.


The prospects of this companies projects remain outstanding, the management is the opposite.
