With all due respect Hangseng, that's a fairly harsh view.

Do you really thing many long term AAR holders would have participated in a capital raising knowing the fine history of this company? Do you think they would have raised enough money to keep going?

They need cash quickly to progress Feysville and Koongie beyond the next quarter and the best possible way of doing this is to get some reasonable money onboard which will most likely stay around for the long haul and not dump as soon as 3 days goes by without a suitable announcement. :-)

Many companies do small placements along the way in order to keep funding their operations. In terms of long term value to the company, the price paid is almost always worth it if they actually do have the goods as we think AAR has.

In my opinion, this is a very good thing for AAR. Someone out there with money AND knows all the risks involved in mining actually has the same or more belief in AAR than we do to put up cold hard cash in hope of a good return. Surely that can only be good sign?

I'm sure we will have an opportunity to be involved in a capital raising at some point but at that point we will be a lot more confident of our future and more likely to participate.

In the meantime, I await the details of the placement as eargerly as i await further results form both Konngie and Feysville.
