BUBS must call Kristy's EGM no later than 21 days after 2/6/2023 and hold the meeting no later than 2 months after 2/6/2023.

So the EGM must be no later than 2/8/2023.

The final 4C for FY23 is due no later than 31/7/2023.

The H2FY23 and Preliminary Final Report ( which include P&L ) are due no later than 31/8/2023.

My assessment is the turning point for BUBS will be when shareholders deliver Kristy and Dennis the news they are no longer welcome to destroy people's wealth.
