Potential big downside would be from a traditional capital raise.
All eyes are on how funding will be raised as we will need more funds this year and realistically within the next 3 months to avoid getting dangerously low on funds.
Rumours and a few tidbits from management point to a royalty deal which if it does happen would be a great outcome and one that should see the sp move up significantly as fears of massive dilution are abated.

If this fails to occur then management will likely have no choice but to conduct what would be a dreadfully priced and highly dilutive capital raise which would absolutely disastrous for all shareholders.
Would almost certainly the sp go below whatever the cap raise price is, pretty well cap the sp, significantly reduced the potential upside for sp growth for all. It would also see already lousy sentiment absolutely crushed with many no doubt selling out with a likely lack of buyers to facilitate it.
I think I big traditional cap raise would probably doom the company to a low ball cap raise imo.
So definitely still risk on the table. I think even in this event the takeover price would be high enough that buying now is nearly risk free, our project should in theory be good enough to prevent anything worse then a lowball takeover from happening (I can't see insolvency or administration happening even in a worst case situation).
