    Also Ty in any other corporate firm or business, if you failed to deliver on time, multiple times, I guarantee you wouldnt have the client anymore nor would you have your job. Clients/customers would only tolerate this for so long before moving on and this is where many SH's are at now with ESR unfortunately.
