As an MT holder of TPD, I have been buying TMKOB to sit beside my TPDs, very important due to TPD looking to offload their 33% interest in Gurvantes. I see TMKOBs to be fantastic leverage, it keeps me exposed to Gurvantes if/when TPD sell their stake. I also think the TPD sale will shock the market in terms of what price they achieve which will mark TMK's 66% at a number well above current MC. It's a no brainer for me. JMO. GLTAH.
