Not missed - for GE off take to go binding the ECE exit was a requirement (at least one of most likely more) - same said for Canadian Export Agency 300 million usd financing.
I would anticipate this the final requirement to go binding with GE and discussions are well advanced with Canadian Export credit facility as with Germany finance.
