it's also likely there is some selling down to belatedly take up the SPP
may be a risky thing to do
we've turned over as much stock today as the SPP intended max issue
potentially could mean applications being scaled back
tho the board can raise the max a fair bit, it will be interesting to see if they want to with ~$80m coming in end july
