- DRC signs EV co-operation agreement with US & Zambia in March 2023
- French President Macron visits DRC in March 2023 promising aid & looking to trade but demanding action on DRC corruption
- US Secretary of State Blinken in talks with DRC President Fatshi May 2023 after the pair signed a Memorandum of Understanding that the US would support the DRC EV chain (December 2022)
- EU announce initial €50 million investment in DRC mining & infrastructure March 2023
-DRC President Fatshi & Minister of Mines Kalambayi fronts mining expo in South Africa February 2023 courting investors
- Minister of Mines Kalambayi announces Australian visit in September 2023 to court investors (good luck there)
- Various other 2022/23 overseas DRC presidential (& Minister of Mines) visits promoting trade with & mining investment in the DRC
