I think the main thing that needs to be considered with DGR is opportunity cost!

I have been stuck in this share for over a decade and taken an absolute bath. A simple 5%-6% annual return on my money would likely trump anything that DGR may deliver back if at all given the time invested. I have lost all faith in management to deliver value to shareholders and its seems DGR is just a vehicle for management to line their own pockets.

I have also had an amazing run with AJQ that seems to follow the same fortunes of DGR. Coincidence?!?!

I would strongly recommend avoiding any group that Mather is tied to! Happy if someone can point me towards where Mather and co have delivered great returns to its investors.

GLTA and i do hope they can turn this one around.
