    re: Ann: Letter to Shareholders from the Boar... Hi Jevalent, again, you're having a guess at what the FDA will do and say. Again I make the point, why not ask them directly and find out. It will cost very little and will allow the decisions about what to do next to be made with more certainty. if its as you describe, well, we can then say the FDA gave no clear guidance and we should pack up shop. But we don't know that's what they'll say and neither do you. Why are you so against a very simple step that won't cost much in time or money and which may provide some helpful guidance? After all, the company was very keen to be trooping back and forth to the FDA asking questions before now. Somewhat strange to now say "oh no, we won't bother asking what the FDA thinks, we'll just give up, sack everyone and sell off everything locally". Surely that's a last resort, not a first one.
