re: Ann: Letter to Shareholders from the Boar... What precisely is the problem with talking to the FDA? I think it's better to have all the information you can get and then make a decision - especially one as big as this. Sounds like management have cracked it because no one rang them to say they want a deal. but instead of finding out why, or strengthening their case by find out exactly what needs to happen to market ATC, they're putting up a series of guesses about why it didn't (and won't) work (many conflicting with earlier stories from them) and sitting in an empty office (having sacked everyone) muttering nonsense about deciding to get out of the business as quick as they can with some half baked idea to sell off the programs regionally, even though they've stated they looked at these earlier and couldn't strike a deal! Ummm, no guys. Do your job properly or move aside. Exhaust all avenues to maximise shareholder value. Otherwise, get out of the way and let those who want to do those things have a turn. I suggest the best option is supporting the EGM resolutions. Its a choice between exploring all options for a respectable return with a back up plan of settling for a very poor one, or simply going for the very poor one from the start.
