I disagree. if you raised a few months ago any reasonable person would not expect another raise within 6 months.
it's more the principal of the raise to the raise itself as opposed to raising off the back of a run. the company could wait 1-2 months to potentially raise the same amount at 1000% less shares being issued as what would be now. it also the hinders your leverage to raise a greater amount of money if there is a subsequent discovery as you've likely surpassed your quoted threshold.
