Sad to walk away, but if it's stressing you, it's the healthy thing to do.
For many of us we love what we do and trading is a pleasure, not work.

    However, things HAVE changed.
For my money, the algorithmic trading bots have destroyed the top end of the market for the retail traders and investors.
Daily manipulation of world indices by the big banks, instos and their 'bots' has wrecked the joy of finding companies with good fundamentals and investing in them.

To 'beat the bots' you now need to find a quiet little spec stock that has the ability to grow quickly under the right circumstances.
Needs to be tightly held, so that market fluctuations don't mess with the price too much, as holders are long term investors.
I've got mine - (RIA) in set and forget mode.

I've also turning to trading currencies and using CFD's.
I've always hated shorting, but if I want to beat the bots, you've got to be in it to win it!

This is just my opinion only, not advice in any way -

Anyone that doesn't know what bots are, check the threads using search 'algorithmic trading'.
