I dont agree, I think the market is looking for soemthing more tahn this announcment to significantly move teh SP in an upward direction.
It will certainly help restore confidence and remove uncertainty
That in itself will see a small upward movement (maybe 1 cent)
But we wont see a significant upward movement until approximatly September / October.
