The quarterly is the only thing that has real numbers in it.
They should be mining about 6Mt a quarter to produce 60kt of HMC which is used to make 55kt of final products at the MSP. We know that the WCP was miles off that for Q1 and the MSP didn't start commissioning until some time in March so for all intents and purposes didn't operate. And we know that in Q2 they've shipped about 30kt of HMC again.
People seem pretty content to just accept that the CEO says "While the commissioning of the MSP progresses, the Company expects to continue shipping HMC product at an approximate rate of one shipment per month." like it is part of the plan. It is not what they said they would do in the DFS. Shipping 10kt of HMC a month limits feed to the MSP to 10kt at most. And there's not a single piece of data released that says they have ever produced more than 10-11kt in HMC in a month.
