I say phoork em and let the 'interested parties' bid on the open market like everybody else for the shares they want.
They are going to get 10% of the company for under 20 cents per share.
If they were bidding out here against everybody else that 10% would cost alot more.
But the company does want more funds for the DD of the motherlode. I do wish they would wait longer.
People are blase about shares on issue, but it is very important. It is the single key factor applied to market cap to get the share price. There will be another CR to pay for the setup of the DSO operation. Less shares on issue the better !
