Alluvial gold has a primary source...correct?

If the ESS tenements are (unlikely to bear much gold - your words) why have Novo done this JV with DEG using ESS JV tenements...instead of just their own?

The ESS tenements are directly south of the DEG tenements and DEG/Novo/Farno JV tenements.

The new tenements represent a substantial opportunity for De Grey to discover new large scale, intrusion-related gold deposits similar to Hemi, as well as shear-hosted orogenic gold deposits

Deal needs approval apparently but announced by Novo like the deal is done and approval (from affected 3rd parties - ESS) is a formality.

Are you with the company in some capacity (been meaning to ask for sometime)?

How about an update on the shovel ready 11.2M Li project and supposed offtake negotiations & funding progress (Ann: 10th May).

btw...Leo Lithium (Simon Hay) & Ganfeng are setting up a new Australian exploration & project JV...Pioneer Dome project imo could be a great option for them if funding allowed. (DSO income from Goulamina JV soon).
