I don't think so because they stopped selling last year and haven't sold any this year yet. My guess is that when BSX ran into some sort of red tape (which is why the Vietnamese Mining Act is being re-written) Ecopro started to display they were willing to cut and run. Ecopro is a South Korean company with wide experience in the region and have decided (going by their ceased selling) to stick it out and see if the proposed future operating environment can be reworked to become more accommodating for all involved, including Vietnam, in my opinion.
