Now critical material is not critical but "TIME" is critical for ARU. IF ARU is not able to secure all money it wants by the end of this year, although no one here wants that to happen, then two signed offtake agreements may be affected.
Below is one of key terms in binding offtake agreement signed by Hyundai：
”The Offtake Agreement is subject to certain conditions precedent being satisfied by no later than 30 June
2026, such as completion of construction and development of the Project, commencement of commercial
production and ramp up“
I do not understand why the third offtaker is that hard to lock in?
