NST recently took a $600M US loan, with only vague reasons given for the purpose. We can assume that this will fund the bulk of the expansion.
This suggests the expansion is not funded by assets, but by debt, but I am only guessing.
The fundamentals are good, and markets are fickle, sometimes they do not dance in perfect harmony!
