    Considering Resolute operate without issue even through recent coup etc and Barrick operated there for 20 odd years, I'm not sure 40% discount is fair for Mali. There's just no evidence to suggest that level of risk exists. Perceived risk perhaps but not real. I'm not sure how you quantify that however.
