It states what the issue is for, not what the $1.5m will go towards.
Thats an interpretation which leads to a few questions;
If we dont get past feasibility do we get back that $1.5m?
$1.5m investment into marketing that we get a 10% share of the profits starting in 3-4 years.
What kind of dividend do anticipate getting out of this to justify that amount.
No offence SP3, but I prefer my take on it.
