If Brumby and Loy Yang Power really cared they would fast track a implementation of the Coldry Technology now for Victoria rather than this petty negative battle that persists with Green groups and ECT advocates.
It's a tragic blight on Victoria that a relatively cheap home grown technology exist but is only being adopted by Vietnam.
Is Brumby waiting for a German or Japanese 5 billion dollar cure to pop up that can only drain our coffers like the desalination plant has ?
I think Kos and the gang have pushed hard but I find it incredible that only Vietnam has stepped up?
