I have started compiling a list of countries, organisations and world leaders with sun signs in the Cardinal signs of Cancer, Capricorn, Libra and Aries with a particular focus on those in the first 10 days of those signs (March 21-March 30, June 22-July 1, September 23-October 2, December 22-January 1) as it is these signs (and the first ten days of these signs) that will feel the Cardinal Climax the most. This is a simplistic approach, astrological charts are much more complex but I thought it would be an interesting exercise in looking for potential black, white or Wayne swans over the coming months.
No surprise to see that BP plc, the euro, US Federal Reserve, England/UK, Germany, US, China, and the IMF make the list. Spain doesn't and thankfully nor does North Korea.
BP completed its merger with Amoco on 31 December 1998 shortly after 2100 hours London time, forming BP Amoco plc. Amoco ceased trading on the S&P500 on 31 December and the new merged company commenced trading on the FTSE I think on 4 January. While the company changed its name a few years later to BP plc I think it's likely 31 December represents the merged company's birth. BP took pride in completing this huge merger in about 100 days. In hindsight they should have gone to the beach for a month and finished the job in February.
The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc (21 July 1998) falls within the Cardinal sign of Cancer but outside the first ten days of that sign for maximum impact.
Here is a list I have compiled of various world leaders, nations and organisations with sun signs in Cardinal signs.

Yesterdays lunar eclipse in Capricorn was part of an eclipse series known as Saros Series 120. The last eclipse in this series was on 4 June 1974.
Eclipses are potentially transformational. They have a knack of throwing us on our correct path. For example, back in 1974 (when the last eclipse in this series occurred) in Greece we saw the coup d'tat in Cyprus on 15 July which led to the end of the military junta in Greece, restoration of parliamentary democracy and Greek legislative elections in November of that year. Will Greece have a similarly eventful year this year.
On Friday Labour dumped Kevin Rudd and elevated Julia Gillard (29 September) and Wayne Swan (30 June), both in the early degrees of Cardinal signs, to Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Minister respectively. But that may not be the end of the story. Eclipses tend to throw us on the right path but sometimes by way of a circuitous route. We'll know in time how it will turn out but for Julia, as a Libran the lunar eclipse is in the area of home and family and the solar eclipse on 11 July is in her career zone. With the Prime Ministership she will be moving into the Lodge and with her promotion to Prime Minister she will have reached the pinnacle of her political career. But in just a few weeks Saturn moves into her sun sign Libra for a few years so she may find she has a short honeymoon period in the job. There is talk of an early election. Perhaps the Labour Government is returned and she continues in the job for some time, she and Wayne implementing unpopular changes in uncertain times. Or perhaps her real destiny lies somewhere else, Labour loses the election, she resigns from Parliament and takes up a job to head an international trade union organisation overseas. A rollercoaster route of highs and lows leading to her ultimate destiny. I read somewhere that about two months after the re-entry of Saturn in Libra on 21 July so that would be about mid-September Saturn will be hitting the exact spot of Julias sun - so that should be a particularly challenging time for her.
One last thing. Tiger Wood's birthday is 30 December 1975.
Or none of the above!
