Great story and there's a lot of us that will be comfortable at $1, hope it all works out for you. My bank just called me and asked if they can help me, I said yes lower my home loan rates this will help me pay off my loan (They laughed), problem is greed can kick in and I just want to see it go higher and higher as I don't want to sell anytime soon.
