section 6.3.1

To the extent that the Repayment Amount or sale
proceeds (as applicable) are less than the cost of Allco
Notes to the Australian Holder, section 70B of the
Tax Act should apply to allow that loss as a deduction
from the assessable income of the Holder.


When my notes is declare to be worthless, it is the same as selling it for 0 cents.. which mean i should be able to claim the loss as a deduction from my assessable income for the year.
