Email I have sent through to shareholder relations
Good morning,
My question today relates to the window for Directors/Board to be able to purchase shares on market.
1) Firstly, and simply, how is this window determined?
2) The last change for a Director's interest notice, if I am correct, was back in June 2022 (128,000 shares acquired on market by CW)
Would I be correct in assuming that the "window" has been shut approximately since that point?
Any further non-market sensitive information relating to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
