The consolidation and the 72% drop in SP were big red flags for me. I sold earlier after the consolidation but will buy back when I feel the SP has bottomed out.
The company has potential no doubt.
But I have very little confidence in the mgmt after the consolidation and misleading claims about meeting investor expectations.
