Well whatever might be happening in Vietnam will mean nothing to the Greens if ESI fails to back end a clean solution for Victorian power and show real benefits for Victoria with cleaner air.
It is definitely the missing link in what could have been a win win situation.
Given that each year approximately 30 million tonnes of coal are extracted from the open pit and burn't in the most pathetically inefficient manner, I'm surprised that it has not been fast track as a matter of urgency.
