There's far more chance for a body to become political if it wasn't in the constitution. No matter which party is in Govt it is bound to considering recommendations from the voice panel. It needs to be transparent to keep them honest regarding reasons for rejecting or approving any recommendations. Thats the only way this will function as it's intended.
9 years of Lnp Govt and not a whisper of improving the situation of first australians. Only expect negativity toward the voice from that rabble.
