Peter Newcomb states that “This resolution is basically meaningless in any event”, this resolution is not meaningless and that statement is misleading.
The reason we have proposed Resolution 5, is to prevent Ed Edwards and Peter Newcomb appointing additional friends or family to the board prior to the shareholders meeting, if they do elect to do this, it shows us that we are justified in proposing the 249D.
