    @Timomo... looking at the QPME announcments again, I maybe wrong. During the Webinar when David Wrench said 11Tj per day would run the TPS Monday - Friday for about 7 hrs per day, I assumed the TPS would only run for those hours.But as you would know 4Pj = 11 Tj * 363. Then there is the 1Pj ann the other day.
    Hopfully within the next two months the TPS agreement will be released.
